We offer both pre-construction and post-construction anti termite treatments. While its obligatory by law to conduct the treatment prior to construction of any commercial or residential property, you may also opt to do so in case a termite infestation is found after construction completion.
Pre-construction Treatments
Pre-construction treatments are defined to include treatments made during all phases of construction up to and when the concrete slab is poured. Post-construction Treatments
Post-construction treatments are considered more laborious and expensive operations since the area to be treated is either already constructed or under construction. In any ready-constructed building and in which the ground slab has been laid down, the treatment is carried out by injecting Termiticide Solution under the ground slab.
